Every marketplace health plan, by county

4,044 Affordable Care Act plans from 108 insurers, in all 2,055 counties of the 30 states that buy on HealthCare.gov. What each one costs, what its deductible is, and — the part nobody else publishes by county — what people there actually paid once the tax credit was applied.

The sticker price is not the price. Across the counties CMS published, the average plan listed at $829 a month and the average person paid $183.

When you can enrol

Open enrollment for 2026 coverage runs 1 November 2025 to 15 January 2026 in most states. Outside that window you need a qualifying life event — losing other coverage, moving, marrying, having a child — to enrol.

Premiums, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and cost sharing are reproduced from the HealthCare.gov Qualified Health Plan landscape file published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. What people actually paid comes from the CMS open-enrollment county public use file for 2026. Nothing on this page is calculated by us.
